meet lori v!
Lori has roots in the Mahoning Valley. She grew up in Struthers and studied music education at Dana School of Music in Youngstown State University. She took a part time band director position immediately following graduation. When the position was complete, she looked for what was next, finding it with an organization now called Heart Reach Ministries. Working with kids & families in the city of Youngstown was very exciting.
During her tenure with Heart Reach, the first opportunity popped up to do some character coaching in an elementary school. This was embedded deep in her heart. What could be better than coaching kids to be the best they could be & to treat others the same?
She served on a church staff for the years following & found the opportunity for character coaching in the schools show up again.
She has been working with the schools in the Mahoning Valley since 2007.
She is certified with the John Maxwell Team, a trainer with Group Publishing. She is ordained with the Ohio Ministry Network & serves on several committees. She volunteers with NOW Youngstown & currently serves as the Administrative Pastor at New Life Church in Poland, Ohio.
She has been married to Tony V since 1995!
